Sometimes I don't realized how pumped I am till I am in the shower, even after an hour post-gym lol...can't bend to wash my back so my girl does it for me

Almost seems counter intuitive but I actually see more results from one hour at the gym focusing on a particular muscle group then a good rest as opposed to when I went to gym for 2 to 2.5 hours worked everything and no rest. "You get out what you put in," That saying actually requires more thinking then what appears on the surface. Always learning.
