I had a spotter but he never had to touch it.
Good stuff I flat bench 315x3-5 reps 3 sets without spot would be good to have one though so I could try and go heavier.cool bro stay up.
I know, that's my problem most of the time. No spot and my wife gets scared to death lol, to help. Other than that...there's no one around at my gym that has sense like US to give a hand ;-/
My wife normally spots but she is beast. I make her rack the 150 lb dumbells and she gets the strangest looks from dudes in the gym

Ask the paparazzi that follows you around to spot you lol. I know the feeling of not trusting anyone to spot you. I only trust my one partner who I rarely get to train with anymore. I hate watching spotters do shrugs as the person below feels like they are benching a shit ton of weight. I haven't lifted heavy in while and been focused more on pump and controlled range of motion.
