Hmmm...EAA's, BCAA's and carbs(dextrin)...not bad. What I like is its sweetened with stevia instead of poison(s). Idk...I just drink bcaa's/glutamine, coco water and fruit juice, imo same thing

I premake a bunch of oatmeal and cream of wheat on sunday night. I then blend it in with my protein drink (On Performance Whey Isolate and cartons of egg whites are my source of protein for shakes). I will premix mix 2 or 3 at a time in the morning to take with me in my cooler.
I mix carbogain with my preworkout .. but when i'm trying to pack on the weight I also use chocolate malt cytogainer in my protein shakes..
You obviously add a dash of sexy to each one of those shakes!:-0
