RustyhookerPersonally for re comp I love good old en and test. Long cycle but effective. Eq hunger helps on feeding the beast. If appetite starts getting you into cheat meals either up cardiovascular or add var last 6 weeks. Var kills my appetite and boosts strength. Then is quick on cutter but harsh
