bake sweet potatoe in aluminum foil 400F 1hr-1hr and 30mins
then take ripe banana leave in peel(remove sticker lol) place in oven for like 5-10mins at 400 or any temp really just till it turns black and puffs a bit.
mash the two tiger with cinnamon and honey and maybe even a little evaporated milk for some fat.....
