I live in the south, a short drive from the gulf coast. We know fried food of all kinds, including chicken and catfish and sea food, we know pork bbq, and and we know desserts. And I can say I'm partial to all of it.

Oh man my mouth is watering. I have family on the coast of Texas. The food there is incredible and always in bulking size portions. Unfortunately where I live I can't say the same. I have to do a lot of home cooking..

They know good food in Texas. They steer more towards beef bbq, and while I'm partial to pork, I do enjoy a good brisket.
