The only compound that gives me crippling back pumps is EQ in doses that you can actually see gains on. 3000mg of taurine and 99mg of potassium takes care of it for me. I can't drink energy drinks because they make me edgy and I'm done getting locked up over stupid shit.

I do not get the big deal over these drinks. They taste like shit and cost to much. I know a guy that drinks 3 or 4 a day. That cost him a hours worth of pay just to drink red bull. I do not know if he needs to stop drinking them or get a better job more.
Just buy bulk taurine...that's what I do. Get a nice hefty sack that lasts months. Look on Amazon
