sorry for the delays guys restock is coming for both affliction and kodiak ... these things take some time to set up when you move shop we are aiming for everthing being back to normal within the week as we all know things happen arise when you least expect them if we were a regular mom and pop shop and didn't have a care for security we'd have been restocked and moved ricky tick..

It is just coming out of all of the holes that you have poked through the rubber stopper. Those stoppers get pretty beat up after drawing out of them for awhile espcially with larger gauge needles.
RustyhookerExactly, he's drawing in which will suck bubbles. Another reason that keeping the tops clean is important.

bodaducheeIt bubbles out the top and and I only use a 23g or 25g but that is where the bubbling is happening. It has gotten thicker ,,air has got to it or something
of course it is going to be harder to get the last ml out of the vial it doesn't have the same pressure on it as the first 9 mls did..

I would think the bubbles are caused by positive pressure in the vial and the not being able to suck up oil is negative pressure in the vial. Not sure why you have both

i think if the guage drawing pin has been large the holes in the stopper are letting air out ... and it is bubbling as he has the vial tipped upside down .. so there also isnt enough pressure in the vial to draw with any kind of speed... kind of makes me want to go play with some of the vials to see if I can replicate it
what guage drawing pin do you use?
