All religions are weird to me. The bible has stories about people living inside fish. The wonderful God destroying whole cities. The same God asking a father to kill his son. Noah fitting a whole world full of animals on a boat and it goes on and on. I find it crazy that people follow this stuff without actually thinking about what they are believing. Then don't let me get started on Muslims . Religion has caused more problems, wars and death in the world then anything else.

I buy a whole cow at a time and have it butchered and wrapped and I have a big deep freed I keep it in.. I think next time I will let them marinate over night to make them more tender
RustyhookerMy cousin does the same. Raises 5 from calves and Butcher bill is absorbed so 1 is free all for him. Free range cattle. Lil vodka marinade loosens up the meat. Can make a flank steak soft.
