I ate 4 packs of yogurt yesterday. Do you do the Greek yogurt?

bigJOHNstud's picture

Casein protein. It absorbs slower

kodiakGRRL's picture

yuck...lol

Harley1969's picture

I just bought some of that. Do you do 50 grams of it?

bigJOHNstud's picture

I say do what you can handle. Too much gives me reflux. I'm not using shakes right now because of the reflux. I do love Greek yogurt with the probiotics

Harley1969's picture

I been putting Oreos in my shakes here lately.

Been gone for awhile. Looks like Grrl has been busy.

good to see you back ... ;-) you got snacks?

JL's picture

Thanks been going through a lot. My dad passed away recently. I won't able to get back to normal life until November.

JL's picture

Thank you Rusty. Definitely is not.

bigJOHNstud's picture

Mine passed in March at 63. It's tough brother. Hang in there. I know my world has been chaotic. Training inspiration isn't there but I'm now starting to feel normal again. It's tough but just be tougher and you'll be ok

JL's picture

Sorry to hear brother. Mine was 68. Probably the hardest thing I've had to deal with. My family and training are the only things holding me together. I know I will be fine I've always been strong. Sorry for you loss as well.

Yeah, it does sound awesome because what I really had was canned chicken, cucumbers and onions in rice vinegar and a glass of pickle juice. :(

Not sure if the HGH code is working. I put over $100 in oils plus a chronos in the basket and its not taking any 10% or shipping off my Grrrl

telling ya...the growth has done wonders at improving my tendonitis and laggin injuries already, maybe 6 weeks in

bolt781's picture

That is the reason I am contemplating trying hgh. Not so much for muscle gain, which ofcourse would be a plus. But the nagging tennis elbow, old shoulder injury etc. Deca helped but for some reason the sides were magnified with me. And it is merely a blanket for joints. Interested in the healing qualities of hgh. Going to start reading up. Is growth something you consistently run DBG or will you be coming off? And if so I wonder if your lagging injuries would arise after stopping. Anyway got some reading to do

Dangerdave88's picture

I have been using GH on and off for 2 years. Only took a few months off due to moving and work etc. I didn't lose anything. I started using it for the muscle growth at first but after awhile I noticed my old injuries disappearing. Back up 4 years ago I tore my rotator cuff for the 2nd time. Doctors said I would need surgery eventually and it was pretty messed up as far as my cartilage goes. So go forward a few years and being on GH for a year. I tweak my shoulder and it was stiff. So I go in and get some X-rays done to see where it's at. The doctor comes in and has my old ones from the 1st and 2nd tears. He's all baffled and holding them up. He asks me what I have been doing to heal my shoulder. I told him cissus and some other BS. He gave me the "yeah right" look lol. Apparently the GH tightened my stretch ligaments and regenerated cartilage (don't know specific doctor lingo). But the jist of it is that I should NOT be improving likebthatnor that fast. Turned out I just pulled a delt and I was fine.

Ever since that I stay on low dose and blast it at 6-8ius for a month or two then go back to 2iu Ed. I now have minimal knee issues, no shoulder issues, tendon issues are gone in my ankle. It's amazing for just overall health if nothing else.
