Geezus...thats humbling! Guess Ill keep my mouth shut till I hit 800 lol
RustyhookerYou're damn beast. There's just always gonna be the superfreaks out there. Like the skinny white kid benching like 400 pounds. Just some dudes with freak strength.
Yessir...true lifting is all genetic gifts, extreme focus and technique.
RustyhookerInspiring! Thats for sure!
This was some years back, but I was reminded of a highschooler(at the time) Pat Mendez I believe...insane strength...superfreak like ya said
RustyhookerStuff like that to me is just amazing. The things the human body can do is wild. I thought I was tough at 19. Weighed 123 and maxed bench at 280. Too hard on shoulders.
For sure. I am a recovering benchaholic...I think its a phase we all go through...and I have bum shoulders from it. As of late they aren't causing me near as much guff. I've been extensively rolling a lacrosse ball across them getting in there deep, and it has helped extremely! Along with a healing aspect that lgd gave me. Speaking of strong mofos...this triggered some video watching and man, there is teens pressing 500, Squating 700+ for reps...curling 120lb db's with strict form...inspirational, and angering haha
RustyhookerMy teen kids classmate pressed 405 at 16 years old. Dunno what age he started gear but he was a short powerhouse.
Nice!! Great work Bolt !!!
Dude I know just competed @ 165 pounds. He dead lifted 507 he came in 2nd. I was impressed...natural.... he is only 21 or 22. Not sure what 1st place lifted
That's insane! I saw a video of a guy...around 165 as well...puting up over 400 bench! I might of seen it here. Definitely gifted individuals!
Ace VenturaMonsta!
Thank you brother Ace! Knuckles! I crack up inside because everytime I see you all the classic Ventura quotes come rushing back lol!
Ace Ventura(Your balls are showing) Bumble bee tuna!!
Lol! If I'm not back in 5 minutes....just wait longer!
making me hungry....
Tried to save ya a slice brother lol!
Awesome lift brother. Power lifting meet I was just in dude won deadlift with 670. He weighs 290
Nice! Kind of cool knowing I'd be in the mix! What weight did you compete at bro?
Heavy weight. It was really a power comp with like 3 gyms competing. All I did was bench though but I won that with a 415 max. I actually tied with another guy so we went to reps with 225. I got 26 and so did he. I won it though cuz I was 30lbs lighter. Was a great time.
Ace VenturaThat's awesome. You must've had a heck of a pump after that.
Most definitely. I was riding high that day.
Impressive brother! Congrats! 4 plates and above is big dog status no doubt!
415 not a big lift by some of the standards you monsters set here. I mostly do reps with a few heavy doubles and triples thrown in. I was very surprised I won it.
If you take bodyweight to weight lifted into consideration we are around equal. If your around 225 I'm around 85 lbs heavier. That's what I press around 85lbs more depending on the day. There is always a stronger gorilla. Edit: My math is shit this early haha...what I meant to say was we each lift around 190lbs more than our bodyweight....
RustyhookerThat's brute!
Last time I pulled that kind of weight I was around 330lbs of slop, all bloated on a bunch of shit. Feels good hitting this number at a much nicer quality 307lbs. A dash of gear and "true" strength
RustyhookerWorlds strongest man marius pudjenowski. Lean cut and animal strength.
He was a baaaad maaaan! Straight up bodybuilder physique with numbing power! Definitely a specimen in the sport.
Yeah that dude was a beast. He said his secret was malted milk.
MightyMatt812Suppose to be my day off but I'm feeling great today think I'm gonna head to gym and do some deads and throw some bi's at the end I'll hit up some traditional some Romanian and straight leg follow with some preacher curls and hammer curls just to kill 11/2 hrs befor the game
