Sounds good. We went to Mexican restaurant last week and was delicious. Wife dared me to eat some habanero sauce. I didn't fair very well.

I'll tell ya what...it's super evident now just how much food plays a roll in strength! Starting to notice a little decrease. Anyhow most definitely brother will do!

you type ! an exclamation point followed by [] and a parenthesis ( your food picture location that you right clicked on and image location and then close the paranthesis) no spaces ;-)
so the first half looks like this ![]

I'm 50 and at this point I don't think I would even try to PCT. maybe I'm a little irresponsible but I like the feeling of being on test year round. I read your profile and great job on your transformation.
