Went out with the Mrs. and fam tonight to Shoguns...basically Benihannas but more upscale. Had chicken and beef teriyaki minus the teriyaki minus the onion soup minus the fried rice...the chef was stumped...so was I lol

The wife slow cooked a nice rib roast with carrots and potatoes yesterday - simple but very tasty.

My man that is the biggest mind fk! I equate loss of 45 plates on lifts as loss of progress! It is a whole new world and this world is much more grueling and disciplined. So I had several vials sitting around, remnants of oil all sitting in the them...some test, mast, EQ...I think that's it. All I'm running at the moment. Popped the tops off and pulled out the remnants to discover I had about a mL!!! My lil cocktail hahaha

Yep. Just did that with 4 tne and 1 prop recently..the late Art Atwood told me on my 1st cycle (14 yrs ago) to get the remnants out. When I balked he said "just bring them to me, ill take em"..never thrown away a container without its top off and fully drained.
