Does anybody have any experience with powerlifting? Getting ready to de load this week for a competition on the 20th. 87s tren ace has always been fire but the older I get I just can't handle it. I have been running it at 300mg a week. While I'm strong as fuck the 3 month prep has been miserable. My acid reflux is so bad I have a hard time eating, my appetite is destroyed. I'm lethargic, thank God no insomnia though. But anyway, my question is should I just drop the tren next week for my de load. At this point I don't know if it is doing more damage then good.

You should try DHB. Or even DHB + Anavar combo. Massive strength increase without weight increase. Comin from a 2.5x BW squatter. High bar ATG with just knee sleeves and oly shoes. Best squat running DHB + var on a maintenance/slight deficit diet was 220kgx3 at 90kg bw.
Unfortunately, you’re too close to the meet to be able to switch to DHB and notice any benefits. But for future meets/preps I would recommend it, if you don’t have issues with the pip. I ran it ~425mg/wk

Superdrol was the craziest thing for me. No way I could tolerate the sides now.
You could maybe lower it some to see if that helps? Lethargic + no appetite is not conducive to lifting big weights. Or maybe doing 150 tren Ace and 150 NPP for the next 8 days? Anything to get you feeling like hitting some big weights.

Hard to say really. I have completely changed my training style, accessory work has been low.
The plan was to compete at 242lbs but cardio deff wasn't happening.
