I usually dose drol or most orals twice a day. Dbol I'll split up every 8 hours since their 10mg pills.
If you need help splitting a capsule, I'll empty capsule into water bottle and then just drink however much whatever I want to dose. So half the water bottle would be 25mg of drol if using PA 50mg drol capsules.
