AK80Ian Valliere likes the oral version and mentioned on YouTube a couple days ago. I've tried injectable along with TB500 but didn't help my elbow. 2 weeks of rest did. Everyone is different.
I've had shoulder surgery as well. Not nearly as extensive though. BPC157 500mcg & TB500 1mg daily (i do a month on, a month off). Add in a little Gh if you can afford it (I take 4iu, but you'd probably be savvy w/1-2iu). I'm also partial to adding a little nandrolone to my TRT when not on cycle as well. To each their own for the nay sayers, but I'm big on sauna, red light, and cold (ice bath/cryo) therapy too. It's not going to roll back time, but it will do wonders. Obviously, avoid agitating the injuries (i.e., change up your routine).
highly recommend running bpc157 and even adding in tb500. Has helped me recover from nagging injuring all the way to full on post surgery recovery.
