Is this before or after your blood dumps? Being 2 points above range for hematocrit is nothing to sweat, your hemoglobin is barely out of range, with testosterone being above 3,000 having a few numbers out of whack is going to be a given, no reasonable doctor would even address this, they would suggest drinking more water and eating less red meat. It’s really not bad. For what it’s worth, and we’re all different, I feel better when mine is at the higher end of normal or a little over. I’d worry more about the cholesterol, you’re not at dangerous levels, but I’d get a handle on that.
After one dump, I did two more and took a week off the gear. I came down to 2800 on T and hemoglobin came in at 17.6 I think. It has me feeling bad when it’s “high”. Actually a little concerned I might have a blockage possibly. So far testing has ruled that out, but something isn’t right. The last test everything including cholesterol came down. Nothing drastic but about 20 points on the cholesterol. Doctors can be a pain in the ass with getting labs and other stuff done
Now that I've looked at the range closely, I've never seen a lab report with a high end range of hematocrit at 56% or even a Dr saying that 56% is nothing to worry about. I'm always at 58% on blast and it makes me a bit nervous. But I always feel 100%, BP is great, no headaches, never out of breathe. It's always at 51% off any gear due to living at altitude. Weird how hema is such a debatable topic when researching. I just can never dump blood because my ferritin is always low anyhow.
It’s exactly that, always pay attention to the ranges. For a testosterone level that high, I’d actually say he’s going pretty good with two points over limit.
I use quest and their high range is 50%, so makes my 58% look worse than this labs range. That's the problem, there's no definite range for hematocrit. If my natty range of 50% here at altitude was seen on the east coast, a lot of Dr's would stop my trt and have my me blood dump.

Absolutely nothing. Those numbers can’t be seen unless a hefty dose of exogenous testosterone is introduced. Possibly somewhere in a medical journal somewhere is a case of someone with a testicular or brain tumor that caused a massive production of hormones, maybe? The other concern is dumping so much blood, we need that shit in our bodies. I hope nobody thinks that hematocrit and hemoglobin are the only two values affected by dumping blood…

What do you do about your hematocrit at 58%? Just roll with it? I live at 6,000ft and always towards week 12 of blast mine is 58%. I always feel great and zero signs of typical high hematocrit other than red face and neck. Dr's at altitude always have varying options about it.
Had me feeling like shit, I’ve done three blood dumps, had another blood drawn almost two weeks ago and it’s down barely in the normal range. Doing another dump Friday and more testing Monday or Tuesday.
Crazy. I'd dump bloods but I crashed my ferritin with ip6 trying to lower hematocrit. So I came down to trt for a while. I always feel amazing and just fine at 58%. Debating moving off the mountain just so I can blast again like the old days and not worry about it..ha. Jk.
Maybe you should edit this because I could see your pictures that you have on your phone. Also FYI pushing a small dog in a stroller will greatly lower your testosterone so you should avoid doing that.
