I would have caber on hand, make sure I'm properly hydrated, keep carbs low or none after 3pm (helps a lot with night sweats). I use melatonin before bed to sleep (or some nice kush lol), and make sure my estro is dialed in, not too low or too high. I don't really have any other ideas, I don't get Tren sides bad at all when I stick to this protocol.
Bigmak2Correct info there although caber really isn't needed. Prolactin if estro is in check won't rise with tren. In fact i don't know anyone that's run tren at high doses ever needing caber...
I get that, better to have it and not need it though ;)
