If you had a shop and you would like to clean and renew it completely from top to bottom you would have no other choice than close it till the work is done; well, for a website it's exactly the same.
MD did keèp us updated about the evolution of the new website, it just took a bit longer than what he expected, but this has nothing to do with bad service.
People should learn to be more patient, comprehensive and forgiving, shit happens, people make mistakes, but if the intention is good it doesn't matter for me, I'll still be a faithful customer, top seller, top products and top service.

Hes not giving bad service.. MD gives arguably the best service around... Hes just revamping the website to help in the long run.
