Hey npcnklh, basically been an athlete my whole life. Trying to stay the course. I'm 33yo now and looking to add more lean muscle, not looking to bulk crazy but remain getting stronger. If that at all makes any sense to you. I don't compete in shows. I have a strong diet and workout sun-fri. I did a few minor cycles with Var n clen last year but def looking to add more to it. I'll be posting what I've put together for this upcoming cycle with much research and advice from many on this forum.

I wouldn't wait till week 4 to start the test E. Test E all the way thru and maybe prop as a week 1-4 kicker. That's just what I do. I'd start the eq week 1 as well, I'm on it now and just starting to see the real beauty of eq. And I'm 7 weeks in. Best of luck my guy.
So both p & e week 1-4 and continue with e, drop p. Eq all the way through 14wks or stop at 12wks?
Yes and I would do it all the way thru but that's just me, some would drop it a few weeks early, not me tho, thats just a personal preferance. I'm actually running a similar cycle now. But I have tren in the mix

I'm sure there's different views and opinions to this cycle and with starting with short esters then switching to longer esters. I like to keep things simple and I would just stick with the test enanthate and frontload the first week, take double or triple the dose the first week to get blood levels raised and level quickly. On paper it's shown that if you frontload your test levels will be raised and continue to be level by around the 2nd week.
Also I personally like to take hcg at the end of a cycle, 500ius daily for 10 days and then start nolvadex for pct.

I gotta say, since I switched over to quads tren ace I had to bump down the dosage. His tren seems to be much stronger than the last src. I'm cool with that
Hey guys, just wondering how you guys felt about a Test Prop & Var cycle. Pro & Cons and whether you'd add EQ in there too? I'm thinking Test Prop vs Test E and also looking for pros and cons on that too. I've done some homework and please correct me if I am wrong on the following. Test E, slower longer lasting gains with estro side effects. Test Prop, quicker gains but also leaves the body faster and less estro side effects. I'm not looking to bulk crazy, just looking for some lean gains along with getting stronger. thanks guys.
If running Eq pin test E it would be silly to pin prop with a compound like eq. Test prop and var would be a good cycle to achieve your goal, you have to pin the prop ed or.eod
