FR him and he will respond. I started by using webmail with him as I always do and he didn't reply so I came on here and sent a pm and boom within hours he responded and said just pm as he was having tech problems. So I've just been pm him.
It has happened to me a few times with his gear. I just put it on the ol frying pan turn it on low and watch the miracle happen. I actually do that even if it's not crashed. Helps thin it out and makes pip very mild if any.
Lol one time I left it on the frying pan and forgot about it, and it was almost to a boil! Pinned it before it cooled down enough and YEAH, I felt it when it went in. Anyway, if you get I to the habit of heating ur oils, you'll start doing it all the time, pins better and helps with pip. Best of luck my man!

Yes, they are crashed. The gear probably got a bit cold and or because it is high dosed. It is very common and to be expected as they are higher dosed and no longer have guaiacol or EO in them. It is a very easy fix, I use this method every single day, regardless of crashed or not. Just place the vials directly on a skillet set at med or slightly higher temp for about 3 to 7 minutes or so. Shake them a bit during process to speed it up. They will go totally clear and be good to go again. Store in as warm a place as possible and repeat as needed. No need to vent the vials during this process and NO water needed. Try to inject gear when as warm as possible also as it reduces pip.

The only reasons I ordered from Quadfather is because of domestic shipping and EVERYONE keeps talking about his customer service! I'm patiently waiting, but I got a little freaked out when communication stopped. I got scammed before so that's why I'm edge. But thank you guys for keeping it positive and I'll just wait for the Quadfather to do his thing, lol.
