Yeah for her I was thinking 5mg the first few weeks, and ramp up to 10mg to see how she does. Never going higher than 10mg. Shes been training super hard for 4 years non stop. She tried sarms before with ok results. Mostly strength that she's kept. It's her first hit with steroids, but not PEDs. How long do you recommend she should cycle? I was thinking 6-8 weeks. I've gotten a million opinions, but a million more wouldn't hurt... lol
Honestly if the var is good she should only need 5mg the 1st cycle. My girl has done 4 var cycles all just 5 mg and had amazing results the 1st 3 cycles. This last one I should have upped her dose a little. Next time I'm going to have her do 7.5ed. As long as she's getting results, I want to keep her as low as possible for as long as possible.

I was going to comment this. I hear all the time real anavar you only need 15mg per day. These are also the people who say they used to bench 230kg for days when they were “my age” and only ever used 1ml of Turkish sust per week to be twice my size back in the day.
The good thing is, I know pretty much who and what to listen to. To be honest, when it comes to women taking anavar, everyone reputable says basically the same. 5mg, maybe 10mg for 6-8weeks. So it's clear to me that what she should do is right around those lines. But I get what you say. I got my ass chewed here in my cycle review a few years ago for 250mg test, and 500mg of bold for 16 or 20wks something like that. Everyone saying it was a crazy cycle and crazy doses. Lol
I'm more of a low dose for everything kinda guy. I think that's why the sarms didn't blow my mind. But I dont care. I refuse for her to take those crazy triple stacks and high doses.
It’s funny how someone can add a cycle log for input and they will get blasted because they’ve got a different opinion/finding that the normal approach. It should be for discussion rather than abuse.
I know nothing about women and gear mate, I would y comment on it. The 15MG dose was referring to a mans dose and the older generation speaking about how roids were better back in the day which is rubbish. I’m a fan of low dosages to although it’s mainly for health reasons now as big dosages get you big results!
