Log insulin for sure. Diet is extremely clean and controlled, i cook all my own food and lots of greens. Insulin will be low, 4-10 iu. Starting at 4 to assess where im at and how my body works.:)

how did u control you acne if you have?.I have some acne too and take n2 clear but they dont sell it anymore.
Tanning definitely helps. When you shower be sure that you are using a brush or loufa to scrub deep. After that I use "acne stress control" by neutrogena. It's one of those coarse face and body washes that has salycylic acid in it. To treat acne that already exists I either dab isopropyl alcohol in toilet paper and put a tiny wad over the zit. Or I use a benzoyl peroxide cream. I also hear that tooth paste works on zits too.

Some guys at my gym run 5. One guy runs 8-10. But among all the people here on E-roids (that got Nords from me), cmart05 is the only guy running it high, and that is at 4IU as he stated. Are you planning to run 5IU yourself or are you just curious about the sides?
