Well in my honest opinion he is SPOT ON! 95% of the supplements on the market at bs.... they advertize all kind of crap.. and most of them dont even work a bit.. pure trash!!
Most of the supplements advertize "steroid" results and infact they dont get even closer... loads of ppl say Creatine is just like a steroid but without the side effects... well they say that because for sure they never tryed the steroids =p and saw real results!!
Anyways i really think that guy is very real.. but the testosterone supplement? wtf is he talking about? Tribulus?.. because if thats the case... he just lost a few points there =)
Yea, I've learned that most supplements on the market are garbage. Never heard of tribulus? Only supplements i take now is a multi vitamin, liver detox an a mass gainer to help with calories. Everything else you can get with real food.

High quality whey proteins (isolate or high purity concentrate)
Gainers (lean gainers are the best, not the shit that has 250g of carbs in them)
BCAA Drinks loaded with Leucine
Creatine and Glutamine
Fish oils
Probiotics
GOOD multivitamins (I'm talking the 4 tablets a day kind)
Notice all this stuff is just improved forms of supplements that have been out for decades? All this "Next big thing" crap is always out there but its the tried and true basic supps that always win out.
So most of the supplements on the market dont work then? Like Pre-workouts, nitric oxide, metabolism pills. That sucks! I thought I read somwhere that bcaa don't work either? Would love to pick,your brain on the ones that work. Lol

Word about the orange Norditropin pens, since people started placing orders for them:
These pens have 15IUs of GH in 1.5mL of solution. The blue pens had 30IUs of GH in 1.5mL of solution. So the concentration in the orange pens is half of that in the blue pens. Hence, when you draw with the insulin pin, you must draw twice the volume of solution to get the same amount of GH you used to get with the blue pens.
In layman's terms, multiply by 10 the number of IUs of GH you want, and draw that amount into the insulin syringe, e.g. if you need 2IUs of GH, draw 2x10 = 20IUs (0.2mL) of solution into the slin syringe.
That explains it. (blue)So really by drawing 2iu on the slin pin we have been running 4 iu GH. No wonder I have been tearing thru them..

Ah I see. In our part of the world there are Nordilets only and the highest would be 45IUs. I was told that the 15 and 30 pens would be a better option to ship, apparently the smaller concentration is safer degradation-wise. I've already shipped tons of 30IU pens and everyone is very happy with them, so 15IU pens are also guaranteed to preserve quality after shipping. Plus you will get more pens if you go with orange, which is cooler =)
