I’ve been pretty patient with my order only asking about 3 times for an update in a month and a half span, reached out to their new email because they’re old one wasn’t responding, got a response on Monday saying “Sorry， I will check with the courier company. If it is seized, we will re-ship it.” Emailed them again today (Thursday) and asked for any update and got the same copy and paste message, somewhat getting annoying now just because of how low effort everything seems. And I know surprise surprise that these guys communication is absolutely poor but thought I should share this
