The compound has just fallen out of solution, that’s not on them. That can easily happen in temperature changing conditions like shipping. Just heat up the vial in some warm/boiling water. Hold it with a clamp. There are so many ways to bring it back into solution, just look it up on here or google.
So how long should i have to heat it for because i had some simmering for a while and it did nothing
