Tried submitting an order, was sent an order confirmation email and a separate "Awaiting bank wire payment" email. Neither of these emails contained the wire transfer details I needed to pay, nor were the details anywhere to be found on the website (the Payments page had one short line: "Bank transfer 100 min order").
I emailed to ask for the account details but received no reply, so I tried the website's webform. Still no reply.
Two days later my order was cancelled with no explanation.
