This was before running anavar. I always get my bloods done before I start a new compound. And I habitually get my bloods pulled every 4 weeks even when I'm not running anything but test.

I will be getting my bloods done here on September 8th. Because I'm just running a short cycle of the var before my vacation. I honestly just wanted to see how my body reacted to it for the short cycle. But I'm fully expecting my lipids to be fucking destroyed. Which is totally fine.
The strength gain on week two which officially started today though is absolutely noticeable. Like I'm literally standing in the gym right now as I'm typing this to you between sets, and I cannot stop lifting shit right now. I feel completely different than I did last week. It's honestly fantastic.
I'm in a very unique situation though for compounds. I used to be a big fat fuck years ago. I had a gastric sleeve surgery years ago to bring me from 389 lb down to 190 lb. The problem is that I can't consume enough calories to really build on muscle naturally like most people can. So that's why my doctor told me to just hop on anabolics (she's a bodybuilder herself lol) she said that the compounds would allow me to partition my food a hell of a lot better and could actually possibly increase my appetite so I actually put on a lot more muscle than I naturally can because of my limitations.
5 years later I've definitely put on a significant amount of lean mass. I have an exploded like a lot of you guys have on these forums. But I definitely have a better look than the little scrawny skinny fucking arms that I had before.
To add, anavar is definitely going to be something that I add to my arsenal at least once a year. Especially when I get a little more mass on me to actually tone down before each vacation. This compound is absolutely incredible. And this 4 week run of it will let me know how I react to it for the future so I can see if I can run it for another 2 to 4 weeks on my next blast.
I will be starting Big Sharks NPP mid october. And I'll be bumping my test up to 500 mg a week again. The NPP I'm just going to sit at about 100 mg per week so I can help my joints a little bit and maybe get a little bit of Mass from it. I'll be running everything hopefully for 16 weeks like I did my last test only cycle.
Unfortunately you still gotta eat A LOT to grow. Even with anabolics. It's tough even for a normal sized stomach to pack in enough CLEAN calories a day to grow considerably, so I can imagine your situation is even harder.
Huge props on the weight loss man. You might consider some really calorie dense options like gainer shakes to pack in cals. Probably very hard to even think of doing that after having lost so much weight though.
Also when I'm feeling super amped in the gym I usually just jerk off between sets to stay busy. Try it. Send pics.

And thanks on the weight loss man. I definitely could have done it without the surgery. But I was at a point where my liver enzymes were on the verge of fatty liver disease. Now they've dropped all the way down to the same level as a fucking toddler basically I have literally one of the healthiest livers that my doctors ever seen. And on top of that I was prediabetic. Now my A1C is to the fucking floor in a good way though.
And yeah I've been trying to do the mass gainer shakes. They're just so God damn thick. It takes me like fucking an hour to drink one. And I can only do one scoop at a time. But I have found that getting in my protein is not super difficult as long as I have a regular two scoop shake at least once a day, and then throughout the day I use a clear whey isolate protein powder that I just add to my water. Currently I'm drinking the pineapple coconut flavor. It's definitely helped me get my protein in throughout the day. Macro Factor has been an absolute game changer for me in terms of managing my diet for The last couple years. And then I use the Hevy Workout app in the gym. Even my wife started following my routine and I can't keep this bitch out of the gym now. She's the one waking me up at 4:30 in the morning to go to the gym. Cuz I usually go at 6:00 a.m. hahahahah

For me, and I’m sure you and others, the fear of not having something on hand when you need to make an adjustment or run out, could really mess up a blast. I see posts where folks are stressing about an item as to not ruin their cycle and I just don’t want to be in that situation. Plus, there’s always this fear that it all could be less available or accessible in the future. Just look at what some have been able to do the last two weeks to sources pages with these attacks.
