3 If the package does not get scanned ever and there is no way for us to prove we shipped it then we will replace it for free.

What’s up with the fake reviews on the website
It's just stupid stuff that came with the website templates. I'm not going to do anything about it because we will be getting a new website and new name soon.
This isn't on Biopharma but I ordered from them last Monday the 17th. Tracking said it would be delivered Thursday the 20th. It was scanned in my town on the 20th but then said delayed until Friday the 21st. Then on the 21st it got sent to a post office a town over to me and has since just said "Processing at USPS Facility".
I've seen this with international ordered and I've never worried about it. But should I be worried about it since it's domestic? Or just continue to wait and see what happens?
