we are working on sachets project now but it may take time till we release them on the market , i think next year we'll have them, as for cy3 - we'll have it in 2 months.

you should complain, if you don't pay that doesn't mean the order is handled another way, people who process the order don't know if it's paid or not but in your case we can complain on the mail service only, which is out of our competence unfortunately...
