Not really because you don't see many new accounts automatically trying to reassure people after just returning they will get packs, the gear is good, extras, and he's been in contact with GB and there is some personal issues especially when it's obvious they are having issues right now.... do you work for GB ?
Nope, I do however have the messenger app and have contacted him. It's not that I'm not worried, it's just that I've dealt with shipping issues before. (I didn't get a response last night or this morning through the app so I'm in the same boat as you guys)
Just a word to the wise be careful with that it's good to keep a positive outlook I know but if a source is having issues people are watching and if it appears you are repping or speaking for a source it could get you on the radar and thats

Maybe someone can explain how GBI can't even get old orders out that are past T/A, but no problem starting a promo saying they'll get new orders out in 48-72hrs!! Are you kidding me, I can't even get an e-mail or PM response for an order I paid for 11 days ago. I can see people have been waiting a lot longer than me, but I run a business where vendors not doing what they say they are going can cost jobs, so stuff like this ticks me off.
That's what I was thinking.
These landed last week, and some of it was supposed to be TNE. I know I'll get it eventually though. As other users have said, there's definitely some issues in the ordering/shipping process but if you ordered and paid, he'll get it to you. It just may not be in the time frame you expect from a domestic source. Bottom line is you have to weigh quality gear/price vs extended TA.

I got most of my pack. What I did get is very good so you can look forward to that, and judging by other's opinion, he'll include extras to make it right to you. So yes, no worries. (I'll refrain from sharing his personal issues, maybe messaging him kindly might convince him to respond faster to you, sounds good, no?)

I would expect anyone in your position to not message him kindly. Just keep following up with him; you'll get it 2 days after he ships, it'll be great quality, and you'll probably get extras. All will be well, and hopefully you'll do well at your show. Good luck my friend

Me too dude. You have a good attitude and I like that. I'm just a little heated because I started show prep and I gave a two week window knowing how things can go sometimes. It's nice to hear it's good stuff. Thanks for the positive thoughts for real.
No problem I was pissed on my first order This guy would be top ten in my opinion if he would fix his shipping The only reason I ordered again was the quality and he sent extra which makes me think he cares about his buisiness

Might wait till tomorrow mid day just to be safe, same goes for everyone else. Ya, he may not have to greatest shipping setup in the world, but who can complain with the quality/price ratio with him? If people want perfect shipping they should go with a more expensive source.
