Anybody experienced delivery times beyond stated t/a?
Mine took a little while during the promo I ordered on a Friday and they were having problems with picking up payments, but he stayed in contact the whole time and sent me a tracker.

Put in my first order here a few days ago. Gotta say I am very impressed with the speed and communication. Donated my funds and were picked up within 24 hrs, got an email letting me know order will be sent out within the next day. Great customer service gearbank. Will post a review after I run that fast acting sust for a month or so.
Thank you for the good words. We try very hard. At times due to volume yes pick up may take 48hrs or so. Weekend we usually pick up even saturday but staff is shortened sat and sunday usually no pick up on it.
We strive to get them in under 24 hours always.
If we have the info by 6-8pm your guys time we can usually get it within hours and we strive for that.
After we get payment items will usually go out in 48 hours. The TA is in courier after that not us.
I have things in place to try to speed up how fast the items get out, we will strive to have it out under 48hrs from payment in hand as a target/goal (not when sent, but when we have it in the hand)

Not hating on your stuff or service which is good, just saying presentation is pretty important, and those new labels you talked about would be really boost your brand.
