All new orders can ship in 24-48hrs from payment in hand ( not when you submit order or payment, when we get the payment. That usually is within minuts to less than 24 hrs, usually 24 hrs maximum, unless made mid-late saturday or sunday am, and still should be in hand in roughly 24 hrs and out the next business day)

Promo still goin on?
BOGSo I have no idea what's going on with gearbank. Order Mon paid tue order was suppose to ship wed and get track that day. Haven't heard from him since. I have sent emails with no response since weds it's like once he got the payment he stopped responding.
He's not the best at communication but his gear is good I'm still waiting on some missing pieces from an order i placed almost 4 weeks ago hopefully he'll make it right
BOGThe gear is good that's why I made the size order I did. But he needs to stick by what he says.
Have you tried him on the app? He's said he's going to get help with communication but it appears not much has changed. I'm running his tren a, test and mast p right now and it's probably the best I've ever ran. Quality gear with a great price but communication has been a problem. Hopefully he'll get some help soon and get this issue resolved.
BOGNo I haven't hit him on the app. I have order from him before never had a problem with the gear but this right here I'm just over. He always says he's gone to do something and doesn't.
I can usually get a reply on the app. I know he's addressed these issues several times. Seems like he's trying to do better but don't. Hopefully your pack will land soon. I wss waiting on the track last time and the pack landed before he gave it to me. That was after a mishap and a delay. Still overall in satisfied with gb. Just have lowered my expectations on t/a and comm

I wouldn't worry too much. He has been good about making things right. Most people don't come back and change or edit their reviews once they get their order.
BOGThat's just it bother I order from him before and he had to make it right. What's so hard about getting it right the first time I mean we where talking just fine till he got my money now he's no where to be found. Every thing he told me was a lie he didn't pick the money up on time he didn't ship my order and I didn't get a tracking number. Why say your gone to do something when you no your not gone to.

Let me clear something up right now
90-95% plus of our packs go out in 24-48hrs from payment , even during the the promos the last several promos (and the remaining 5-10% of them are still out in 72-96hrs...being you paid late friday or Saturday and this is rare and usually fall at being out under 72hrs)
You guys usually hear from me instantly or within 6hrs ,12 hrs max in most cases, rarely evermore than 24hrs.
Many posting about a delay or contact , you have had multiple orders delivered to you by me. You don't get a response on a weekend and you come here and post things that are not quite the real picture. Things which can be taken far out if context.
The bugs are fixed, they have been fixed for months with items going out quickly from payment. In middle of promo even
I was in contact with many even on Saturday. Had a biz thing friday I had to go to out of town, ,got back and had to get a surgery ,home and back at it Monday and many of you I spoke on app Monday day your time there . Answered Tuta Monday also
Everyone but about 3 shipped in 24-48hrs on promo, and almost all of them in 24hrs no less. Those other three paid right at the weekend and they shipped Monday
Mvb I spoke to you Monday am and told you the free items that got left out was going out and it did,
During promo it is a bit hectic to get al, updates in. I have added new help and I will post contacts for that within next day or so. I also have additional help to enter orders on site for those who can not seem to get how to do so themselves. The new help will also be plugging in ship out info and eta from that via the site and statuses also that should increase update time for you guys so you know it's on its way and eta day
They will be able to help and update you more thoroughly (and free me up a little more to be more helpful to all those ordering)
We are loaded fully and ready to go on new orders and will let you know when we have another promo going on.
We will push to get all out in 24hrs and get that to 100% or pegged as close as we can to that mark for everyone.(If it's paid late friday or Saturday then they should still be 24hrs ,or 72hrs max to outbound)

Weirdly enough he emailed me in less than an hour after I posted and is shipping out my missing gear tomorrow so he's still active
He definitely has some flaws but he makes things right and the gear is quality for a great price. I'm gonna keep using this source for as long as I can. Just make my orders well ahead of time of needing to have it.

I've always had good communication with GBI. Was told few days ago my package would arrive that day or next day. Here we are today and nothing. Haven't gotten responses to my requests for tracking# or any response. Not sure what the deal is.

I had the same thing happen last week. He got in contact with me and sent the order. I then asked for tracking with no response but my order showed up with some extra. He seems to be hit and miss but has always made it right for me.
