I normally will do 3 weeks rep ranges 12-20 then a heavy week keeping sets around 6-8. 3-4 working set per exercise

I haven't used it personally, but there's one favorable review for the anavar. There's another review with more good reviews for some of the other orals (halotestin).

I've been using his products for a while now, and I won't hesitate to use his orals when the time comes. I don't think you can go wrong with his var.

Something else to try is changing your foot placement. Do calf raises both standing and seated, toes in, toes out, and strait forward. You can also do your cardio on the stairclimber up on your toes.
