I'm sorry for coming here and complaining but it's been 7 weeks and I haven't received shit. Can please get some advice on what to do here? At what point do I consider it a loss? I've used EK many times and this is the first time I've had this problem. I'm dumbfounded b/c they owe me reship but won't give it me. At what point do I get it? Please help me out here...
They do that shit sometimes especiall when they run prices like this, it happend last year durring their sale too. The customer service durring this time sux I would imagine that they are backed up but I can say I got my gear check out my reviews of them from last year

no worries I would say with this sale they are backed up I have been frustrated by them before but they always come through (may take a while)

jasonhjust some thoughts, if i placed a order and 40 days latter still hadn't gotten anything id be a little pissed especialy if the response i got when i asked about it was, dont be a Fing baby when i asked about my order, and you shouldnt even be answering these posts. can tell ya just from how you respond to customers i wont be using ya anytime soon. big deal one customer right? trust me it adds up in long run, there are alot of good and polite sources on here
you dont know the story. he made a thread on another board bashing EK and then turned around and apologized and said he's raging on tren. he's also pm'ed me numerous times on DIFFERENT BOARDS...sorry, I've had enough of his shit.
jasonhi understand i might not have the whole story and he might be a difficult customer, euroking has been around a while and on lots of boards some if im wrong i apologize, it just most of us read these reviews and comments carefully before we try a new source and what i read didnt install confidence with your service maybe pm would be a better option to address difficult customers, anyway best of luck!
