I called USPS to track my order it ain't even in the USA yet after 1 month that's bull!!! The lady said it hasn't even been thru customs yet that i better contact the seller because it should not have taking this long. All i can say is you need to check ya'll shipping dept. get people in there that know how to ship shit!!!! This is an awful way to run a company i can't see how you stay in buisness.!!!

a full week of funds being collected last friday no answer no shippment i have over 20 orders with king and this is just crazy now im out the money others put up too -my confidence in king helped people trust it would come - no tickets answered , no refun , no shippment .... king and all reps wtf is goin on - please answer your customers.... if there is an issue be straight up about it - im out 700+ now . ive sent you countless customers and always have spoken highly of your site - and products - all ican say is unbelievable. very disapointed.

In the reviews section there is a lot of good reviews about them but as I think they are all fake accounts ( is it strange that all the good reviews are written by new comers that have just registered ?) to skyrocket their credibility. I ordered 22 days ago, they took money next day and till then only vague promises. They say:"your items will be shipped within next 24/48h"and they have been telling me this bullshit for 22 days. When I asked a refund...no reply...these assholes are scammers...the worst scammers I have ever never met.

dear Euroking I have to step off. I have received this morning my parcel after 25 days...so it confirms that you haven't ripped me off. However your customer service is terrible and it is not true that you reply within 24h because my last ticket was answered after 4 days. I don't know what kind of issue you have had but It could have been handled differently. It is stupid that in one ticket you told me that my parcel was sent and after 2 days you contradicted yourself sayng that it hadn't been shipped due to warehouse issue. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. Anyway I want to beg your pardon for having called scammer and want to reassure all the eroiders that have recently bought from you that my parcel has shown up so I think all the items in transit will be delivered within a short term.
They've come through for me every time except for this once. Please get it corrected EK. I'm a good customer and will continue to be. Fuck I need some blue hearts but I'm not sending more money until this is cleared up.

king - you have not responded to my tickets - you took the funds and i got shorted my last order that got "stuck in the mail "when you sent the to missing bottles you've collected funds on this order - havent shipped its been 7 days i have used you 15+times dont flake on me now - please answer my tickets with an honest answer if your backed up or whatever tell me so i know - others rely on the order not just me - thanks in advance

Ek has a good record. Nothing you can do but still back and wait. When the tracking updates its already at your door. Create a ticket if your worried.

I've heard good things bout EK so i tried ordering. I'm not sure their turn around but my order was shipped 5/27 and i haven't got it yet. I'm hoping to get it real soon. It's fustrating but there ain't nothing i can do. They have been very responsive to every email so thats a plus.
