Maintenance surgery took me out most of July but August has been full throttle...feels good to "finally" feel good...can run, squat normal now, and getting very strong for my size on pull-ups, deads (trap/hex bar), things I was neglecting due to injury. Finally taking this Saturday to enjoy some good food and football! Happy to see you hoggin up all the good gear still lol
