idk the machida at 185 looks good but also looks like a shit ton of work to stay that shredded, i guess chics dig that super dry ripped look but i always like a bigger deca look with the muscles look more rounded and full as opposed to the sharp angular look......and in general people seem to be alot more polite to the guy thats 220 lbs of traps and chest than they are to the 185 lb guy with 7-9% bf....stay strong brother
