I can tell you have done your research on EQ and I'm happy to hear you're going about it correctly!! EQ should definitely help your appetite even at a low dose...although it doesn't do that for everyone but it definitely makes me hungry all day :)) You have a good frontload in place...Since your new to EQ I think 400 will be a good starting point and see how your body reacts to it, then maybe half way through you can determine if you're on track to hit your goals or if you're getting the results you want!! I personally started at 400 also and wasn't thrilled with the results I was getting so I bumped it up to 600 a week and it made a very impressive difference...I'm currently running it at 800 a week this run and this is by far the best results I've gotten from it yet....all in all starting off low is the safest and smartest approach my man! Wow!! That's fast. Less than 1 week from from placement of the order till delivered. Responded to emails fast.......I mean real fast. Had plenty in stock (which seems to be getting rare lately with a lot of others) to fill my order. I have no doubts about quality and after I run it a while I'll write a review for Clear. Take note, that's how you do business. Definitely a go to source from here on out. Can't wait for for Clear's hiatus to conclude, I have a lot of donations for him.

I don't know how anyone could give a bad review. I suppose some people you can never please. I've been around a few years and can tell you, the customer service side has come a long ways over the past few years. I can still remember the days of virtually never hearing from the source personally, paying way too much, no free reships and waiting up to two months or more for an order to arrive. Glad to see there's guys like Clear that don't just live up to standards......they set them. Thanks again Clear.
