And you're not wrong to have a cutoff like that but things happen that are out of my control sometimes. Once the pack has sailed I can only react. I admit I got it wrong the first day you ordered because I didn't have a very good system in place, but that was overcome. You sounded the alarm bells at 14 days but the problem was isolated and not endemic or systemic as presented by others that receive their pack daily. I understand and appreciate your frustration and I apologize for the first week that there was an issue. Totally my fault. But once corrected it took me a week to get your pack to you, slower than I like but not terrible. Regardless, you have your gear, I appreciate you coming back and telling everyone. thank you.
