The site is down again. I have gotten part of a recent order. Many items were missing from the order, I had to point it out to the staff, the language barrier was significant. Its been almost a dozen emails and still no resolution. The Scitropin represents a big dollar item to be accepting money without being able to fill orders reliably. Taking months to deliver is certainly not reliable delivery. Not to mention if the new "plan" is to send them international it runs the risk of customs scrutiny. Which means you will have to wait for a letter in order to get the order resent. God knows how long this might take.
Yeah I received partial orders also. never made it right. don't use these guys anymore

Supreme has always replied to you within 12 hours, if there is a technical issue then is stems from our server internet supplier - we have to rely on anonymous servers which as u may guess not as reliable as the suppliers at the western world.
No one has ever neglected you or your order and your satisfaction is out top priority. you're missing few items out of a very big order. We've supplied you devotedly for dozens of thousands of dollars so far, and you got more then the maximum discount as appreciation for your business.
You may rest assured that you'll get your products as you should ASAP, I'm not aware to a delay of more then few days, I have no clue where the fuck you raised the months issues ! the declared T/A is from collecting your funds, there was a delay in the collection and you've been updated why and how, we're standing behind the declare T/A with your order

I did not realize you had to rely on anonymous servers, that makes total sense. It hasn't always been a 12 hour response, but there has been a reliable response usually within 24 hours.
I do not feel neglected, however I do worry when things take longer than usual. With more experience my confidence will increase. As you commented it is attention that I was seeking.
I do not know of any comment that I made regarding things taking months. I understand their was a delay in collection, and I think you can imagine the anxiety a customer might have when he outlays several grand and then the website dies and there is no response for a while. Given the excellent response you have given it seems I overreacted.
I agree that a public post is not the proper venue to attain customer service, I apologize for this careless post and will contact you in the future if I need assistance and cannot get in touch with supreme. I will be glad to retract the post if that option is available.
Your quality is absolutely unparalled and I have always been happy with the products that I have received.

I see the comment on the scitropin taking months. In all fairness the money was received about 3 weeks ago and there was a week delay that was explained. I have been spoiled by your domestic T&A of 3-5 days, so the change took me off guard.
