Nice man good for you glad to hear it. I'm slowly recovering from a sprained shoulder and tendonitis in the shoulder and elbow....lifting at 50% isn't fun, but the high rep faster sets are a nice shock for my body.
Oh man there's always set backs...now I'm struggling with tendonitis in my elbows from my recent max days :-/
Yea I have tendonitis too in the elbow...price we pay for aging I'm going to start HGH year round to try to help that
