Awesome! Had a killer workout. I've never been a big dead lift guy so now I'm working on weak spots. Got up to 425 today for 1 no straps. Then turned my back and bis into hamburger.. Feeling super pumped still. How bout u brother?
RustyhookerDamn! Definitely not near that weight. Lol! Been doing a lot of cardio . Keeping heart rate bout 125 and steady. Summer will be here in nothing flat.
I never thought I would hit those weights either.. This last year I have kept going heavy and have seen good results. I do cardio the same way. I will start my cut at the end of March. I drop weight fast and gain it slow. Wish it was the other way around. lol
RustyhookerToo true! I tried the lean and gain mass ideal, doesn't work for me. Always one or the other.
