Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I've sent 2 emails, neither of which garnered a response. Like I said, Affliction came highly recommended for A) gear quality and B) fast shipping. B has certainly not materialized to be true and seeing as I can't vouch for A without the gear that has yet to be shipped... rather disappointing.
Same here, highly recommend and fast shipping, and ontop of that, the 25% off promo is why i chose affliction, and i didn't even receive the discount, no one is responding about that either, i asked if i could just have somthing extra thrown in of equal or similar value, i got people's money who want me to make an order for them but unless im replied to and the order is sent very soon im going to have to find another source, if i cant get any justice with a few hundred dollar order what can i expect if i send a few grand?
I got the 25% off but it's only the AN gear... It didn't take anything off from the other gear... statuses are updating tho so I'm not stress in nearly as much as I was the last two weeks lol

No problem.... Personally I think the gear is worth the delay anyway.... Going from my last source to A-L was like night and day lol I know how anxious it is goin with a new source so hopefully you get taken care of soon....
Me too lol. I'd love nothing more than to write up a great review once I get my gear. Like I said earlier, A-L came highly recommended from a close friend.
I can vouch for the 25% off promo, you had to enter a discount code when you ordered to get it. But yeah, the great prices are another reason I ordered here. Hopefully the gear can get shipped soon, I've heard and read great things about their products, I'd like to be able to personally vouch for the quality.
I asked about that in my very first communication witht affliction, they never gave me a code or told me i needed one, i let them know this anf have asked if i could have somthing added on instead. Whoever i spoke to in my first email to them did not tell me even tho i specifically said id like to take advantage of the 25% off and inquired as to how to proceed
I am going to leave an official review soon but I just wanted to drop a quick line about my experience. Things have been a little slow lately but I am still very pleased with the service and the product. I ordered some AN Sust 500 and by mistake I was sent Sust 250. I simply brought it to their attention and in no time at all was sent the 500. No complaints no fuss just took care of it. I am very happy with the sust, eq and mast e. Look for my official review in the near future.
Having some serious communication issues and not sure what the delay is about... Nothings updating and no one is returning emails... Is somethin up or what? Over two weeks post order with no updates besides RTS
I'm having the same issues. But I did here from GRRL and she said they were having postal issues . And they was straining things out

I was given a legitimate reason for the delay, if its true then the delay is a good thing because it involves your safety in mind, hopefully it will be sorted out soon, also my first order here
Mine has been RTS since Sunday. That isn't normal, but they running a little behind. Be patient, you're alright.
