Just over 1000 is ideal for 200mg/wk. There are some more 'knowledgeable' members here that thinks "huh?!? That's it?"...like it's supposed to be much higher I guess

mike we use grape seed oil ... nothing contains eo and if we should use eo then it will be clearly stated
