I've used them, great pumps, all the GP products I've used have been very good.
How was it as for as strength and weight?
The strength gains were good. I train more time under tension, short rest periods between sets, so as far as actual weight lift increase I don't know. It is something though that I can feel I can lift more weights but I'm not overly concerned with weight lifted as much as I am about working the muscle that I'm training that day. I also always workout in the morning on an empty stomach, taking "supplement" before workout. Even on an empty stomach still get great pumps. As far as bodyweight gains it's marginal for me just because of how I eat. I don't eat a lot of carbs which I've noticed before when I've used it just turns me into a permabulker, strong, full, no shape. If you're going for the strength, weight gain thing it will definitely do that or it can be used like I use it. I've found water retention isn't bad with the moderate, high protein, moderate, high fat, low carb approach that I use.
