I would just like to address that there are some unsatisfied customers, too. Some don't get reships, because naps can just state that they do not send to "a,d and c, and SOME OTHER COUNTRIES!" I think they just randomly choose to reship!

Its on naps site what countries don't get reships, there a list of them. And if you live there its order at your own risk. And you agree before purchasing.
