I placed my first order with naps last week. I know the time frame online is 3-4 days to pick up payment. Is it normal for it to take longer then that?
I placed my order on the 5th, made the collection on 6th, and i just got 3 emails that all of my items are "shipped" hope this helps
Hey Grag. I placed an order on the 4th and it has been paid/processing but just waiting on them to ship. Been a week today so hopefully they ship soon. Taking longer for them because of the heavy volume they are doing. Thats what the support staff said.
Yeah it makes sense. There's gonna be a point where the order is in limbo between the source getting paid and the manufacturer shipping it. It's just my first go around with this particular source so I wasn't sure
My last order I had the same issue. They eventually picked it up with an apology and stating they have limits on the Western Union pickups so its been causing minor delays. Took a week for me.

One time for many weeks. Naps reshipped without contact. both arrived within 2 days of each other. Older ones were crashed but recovered..... No worries without a letter

My order was stuck in customs for a couple of weeks. I was patient and waited without panic. Next thing I know , I checked my account on naps website and saw that they reshipped the order. 10 days or so later . i recieved the new shipment. 2 days later. i recieved the original shipment . I never had to contact them....

I have on a couple occasions. The longest it was stuck was 34 days. I gave up on it, then one day it just arrived.
