I am a longtime user of Naps gear and this is the first time I have ran into an issue with them. I ordered 2 bottles of Test C 250. It was supposed to be delivered via a very reliable domestic package delivery source. I called the delivery company to verify the status. I was then informed that they only received a local domestic, not international, eRequest and that they never received any package. When I reached out to there support I was re-insured several times that it was an internal package and that it had time baring due to customs. Now, this is not my only issue. They state that once you buy something from them on their website it takes 24-48 hours to ship after the order is processed. They only ship during business days and not on the weekends. Now, I am sitting here 7 business days and my other order has never shipped.
2 measly vials? Damn, you must be struggling to stess over this puny order.
You're missing the point. And order is an order and a non delivery is a non delivery. Confusion by the source over shipping would be a concern.
May not be the right spot to ask but it seems people are active here, does anybody ever worry about heavy metal toxicity from these labs? its 600 dollars to get tested and my doc wont test me when I ask
I work at a LAB and I can test it and give out my results once I receive their product. I have never thought about this to be honest.
The members here would highly appreciate if you could test the products and post the results asap
that would be awesome, I'm using GP tren E 200 from naps and dragon test E 400 from another source, I dont think these UGLs use purification techniques for metals for cost. but that's the risk I guess.

Naps is 100% GTG bro! And if you are gonna imply otherwise then i suggest you bring evidence other than insinuations, naps take care of business properly and i have never had an issue

I was there in 2011 asking for shipping updates for 4 months. It was stressful af and fucked up my timing but they finally got me my gear. Now 7 years later and running a business myself, I can see how shit happens. They missed their timeframes but stayed true to their word under a lot of pressure & made it right in the end. That was my only bad experience out of 8 orders with naps. But no lie... I did just get back on here to make sure all was still cool haha
I hear you man, i have also experienced a couple delayed package incidents, but naps always made it right and compensated me very generously

but I got some clen and its bunk .Could be

I got DP Clen from another source. It was completely bunk.

Yeah i heard about that, a lot of people complaining about the bunk clen from dragon, damn i wish these labs would just be honest and make a good product, not many labs left that i really trust, but i have never trusted dragon
I wish more labs offered Kalpa. I’ve only tried their orals and they are all spot on, including the Clen, which gives me the eebie jeebies, in a good way ;-p. But I’ll never order another DP product.

Brother i just stick to geneza, they have never let me down, geneza is naps own brand and very consistent, usually slightly overdosed, geneza dont play no games with their products, always 100% GTG
