I made an order April 2,order was split into 2 packs ,I just got one last Friday,but the second package is just stuck in a loop going from country to country. I’m assuming a lot of shipping is just jammed up.

Same as many below, long term Naps user. Placed order December 31st. Listed as orders delayed due to Chinese New Years. I was aware a delay would occur.

February 16th order moves, reference number given. March 3rd in NY Customs. Nothing changes. Contact Naps state order seized. No seizure letter received to date. Interesting when I ran the “seized package” number later it stated package label created awaiting pick up.

Order replaced, “ we are sorry, we will STAT this through. April 4th in Hacienda California. Has sat since that date, no update, no movement. Naps told me it’s coming from a “ generation country” but the number can’t be tracked on Track or DHL so really no proof they really sent it.

One concern, is it possible they are using priority numbers that they get from USPS and never send? So, dare it say it, scamming. Think about all the money they made with Chinese New Year specials and such. Think about how they keep selling now through all these complaints on there board and elsewhere?

For now, for me, they are Scammers until folks start posting they received packages. They also banned my account after posting to a Member asking how long deliveries take me answers a year. Trust no reason to make this up and they only got me for $265.

BUT SHOULDN'T A RESELLER TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO TEST ANY BRAND THEY ARE GOING TO SLING FROM THEIR WEBSITE???I KNOW IF I WAS A COMPANY SELLING OTHERS BRANDS BESIDES MY OWN I'M GOING TO SEnd each brand out and post it and not post a lab from a year ago! I WOULD RETEST EVERY 6 MONTHS CAUSE THE COMPANIES REPUTATION IS ON THE LINE

To getbighart- why do you have to be the only idiot to get involved with people who are all discussing how they all sent money and none of them are getting their gear or even a communication from the company!! You don't see not 1 napgear.org comment to assure them everything is in order!! When you see 12-20 of the same information then its time for napsgear.org to either correct all the issues or they have to reimburse these people! Right now it's important to get the information out and let everyone know that there is a source taking money and not being honorable! So you can stick that karma threat up your $#@. SO NO COMPANY SHOULD TAKE YOUR $ OR ORDER KNOWING THEY CAN'T HONOR THE TIME LINE THEY SAY.CHOOSE WISELY. PAY MORE BUT YOU WILL HAVE GEAR IN 10 DAYS THE MOST DOMESTICALLY GOOD LUCK

i ordered 200 euros of goods teo days ago the site is naps-gear.org ant till now nothing ...i payed by bitcoins and they take the money but didnt answer my several emails.. contact them.on facebook but nothing...they just keep your money and nothing...fucking napsgear
